All package allowances are total monthly allowances, not cumulative. Routine maintenance is included across all packages, as explained above.

Package prices are starting rates for qualifying single-site WordPress websites. Hosting, paid licences and substantial remedial or development work are quoted separately unless otherwise agreed. Any initial requirements will be discussed before work begins.
What counts towards my monthly website changes allowance?
The included hours cover agreed website changes such as content updates, layout adjustments, design improvements and development tasks. Routine maintenance and the planning calls specifically included in your package are separate from this allowance.
Larger requests can be estimated in advance so you know how much of your monthly time they are likely to use.
What happens if I need more hours?
Additional website work can be arranged at £85 per hour or through a prepaid five-hour block at £400.
If you regularly need more time, we can discuss moving to a larger package or a tailored monthly retainer.
Are hosting and premium plugins included?
Hosting, domain registrations and paid third-party software licences are not included as standard.
I can help manage and coordinate these services as part of your website support, with any associated costs agreed separately.
What if my website has existing technical problems?
Before taking over management, I'll review the website and identify any significant issues that need attention.
Routine maintenance is included in your package, but substantial pre-existing problems or remedial work may need to be quoted separately.
Do unused monthly hours roll over?
Monthly allowances are intended for work carried out within that month and do not automatically roll over.
Where appropriate, we can use available time for agreed improvements from your website's priority list, rather than leaving useful work undone.
Can I change packages as my requirements evolve?
Yes. If your website becomes more active or you need a different level of support, we can review the arrangement and agree an appropriate package or tailored retainer.
How quickly will you respond to requests?
I provide direct support during UK business hours. Requests are prioritised based on urgency and the level of support agreed, and I'll communicate expected timescales for planned work.
Do I need to purchase a website audit first?
No. We can start with an introductory conversation about your website and the support you're looking for.
If a more detailed technical audit is required, I'll explain the scope and cost before any paid work begins.
